Purchased a Groupon for 20 units of Botox/ $179.10. Artistik Beauty is clean, decorated nicely, with friendly/accommodating staff. I appreciated that they messaged me prior to see if I had Alle points to use in addition to the Groupon. Ashley Pontenberg consulted me and advised I would need 20 additional units between my brows so she can treat my forehead. I appreciated her consult and purchased 20 more units of Botox for $240 to achieve the results I was looking for. I normally receive 20 units for desired results but it has been over 6 months since my last treatment. 2 weeks and 40 units of Botox later, no results. Hopeful to see maximum results at the 30 day mark. Staff was quick to see how I was doing with a text the next day. Have not tried any other services yet.

Somehow that review was reflected with Artityk Spa in Orlando which it was not related at all. I did go to the spa in which I just started a treatment and can not provide a five star review just because I am at the early statges of the treatement; however, is not doubt in my mind that Ashley knows her stuff well. I loved this place. I went there for the first time recently for some Botox and the staff and injector were very kind and knowledgeable. I had some questions on micro needling, PRP, and laser hair removal and they spent time to discuss it all with me and provided me with estimates for each treatment. What I really loved was that they were not pushy at all in terms of trying to up-sell me, which is actually why I left the last med spa I had been going to. Compliments galore following my appointment with the da Vinci of my face, Ashley! Our adult son comments, “mom, you look 35,” my husband remarks of my beautiful skin and youthful look at least twice a DAY, my friend caught my profile mid conversation and said, “Stop, your profile and cheeks are perfect; they look so soft like a baby.” When I look in the mirror I still see me; refreshed and supple. Seeing myself is important to me as I do not want to appear overdone. Particularly there is (was) an indentation on my forehead between my brows and a little ‘Tox strategically placed and it’s gone without the use of filler. The hand that injects is important and I’m grateful that Ashley shares her artistik mastery with me and my face! Love everyone at Artistik - I feel right at home and skin educated above and beyond my expectations.

I found the spa because of a Groupon. The staff answered all of my questions thoroughly and without hesitation. Upon arrival, the spa was sparkling clean and inviting.

I wanted to look as natural as possible and she accomplished that for me. Second I went in for fillers. I am extremely pleased with the work Ashley has done on my face. She has sculpted my face into PERFECTION with fillers. She is very good at what she does. I have been to numerous other injectors prior to her and no one ever seemed to get it as right as she does. The injections are pretty painless and she is VERY good at not misleading you or giving false expectations. I am a general dentist so I am pretty picky about the face since that's all I look at all day. And I just love what I see in the mirror. Thank you sooo much Ashley!
